Quality Control Each batch Torginol produces is carefully scrutinized by our lab experts to ensure that all quality paramenters are tested in accordance with our quality specifications. However, quality does not end here. Before each batch is shipped, our quality control manager conducts a final evaluation to verify that all quality parameters have been measured accurately and the results are on specification. |

Compliance Certification As a Qualified Product List (QPL) manufacturer of military specification paint, Torginol is required to develop Certificates of Compliance that formally report the test results of our products in accordance with Mil-PRF-22750F. To complete this process, our lab experts conduct over twenty different tests and measurements to ensure that our products are shipped in compliance with the QPL specifications. |

Compatibility Testing Torignol ColorFlakes are incorporated into a wide range of resin-based coating systems. With systems ranging from water-based to solvent-borne, MMA to epoxy, polyurea to MCUs and everything in between, Torginol is constantly testing and retesting our ColorFlakes with different resin-based coating systems to ensure compatiblity. While Torginol recommends resin-compability testing with all coating systems prior to use, we have not experienced any incompatibilities with our ColorFlakes in the systems that have been tested internally. |
